Healthy anxiety is a natural part of being human. It serves an important purpose which is to warn of danger and help keep us safe. Unfortunately for many people, anxiety can get out of control and interfere with being able to live their best life. If this sounds like you, please know you are not alone – an estimated 40 million people in the U.S. suffer with some form of anxiety each year.

With more than a decade of experience working with clients who have anxiety, I am passionate about helping people find relief from their symptoms. These may include:

Although anxiety can feel very overwhelming, my clients learn that it can also become quite manageable. I use a variety of techniques and strategies to help them. These may include psychoeducation, processing anxiety-provoking thoughts and issues, teaching new coping skills, and creating a solid game plan for clients to implement what they have learned in our sessions into their everyday lives. I am also skilled at doing Exposure Therapy for clients who suffer from more complex and severe cases of anxiety. This method is truly about conquering your fears.
